Team Work Between Owner & Trainer

  • We are a balanced trainer, utilizing tools such as prong collars, slip leads, e-collars, bark collars, and food and praise. This approach creates a balanced, disciplined routine that teaches dogs respect and provides owners with efficient communication methods to enhance their relationship with their pets.

  • By working with us, you entrust us with ensuring your dog's safety during our program. You'll receive video updates Monday through Friday, allowing you to see firsthand that your dog is safe, healthy, and making progress in its learning.

  • As a family business operating from home, we do not tolerate bullying or excessive nuisance behavior from owners. We expect a collaborative relationship where both parties work together. We provide video updates at the end of each business day so you can see your dog's progress and hear Lyric explain their strengths and areas needing improvement.

  • By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge the need for training assistance whether your puppy needs basic manners, is out of control, or is displaying aggressive behavior that requires intervention. Lyric brings extensive coaching expertise to help enhance the owner-dog relationship. Owners must take this commitment seriously, investing money and time into training. We prioritize serious clients dedicated to achieving lasting improvements in their household dynamics with their dogs, ensuring we maximize our efforts for all involved.

Refunds & Weekend Policies

  • If you have reached this point, Lyric has already informed you about our business hour policies.

Video updates will be provided by 7 PM at the end of each business day. They will be posted in the Facebook group you can access, or texted individually if you do not use social media.

 

  • Please note that Lyric will not respond to text messages after 7 PM, and weekend text messages will not be answered promptly unless it's an emergency.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to other dates. This policy is in place because we only accept one dog at a time into our training programs until further notice. We aim to maintain a streamlined schedule to ensure efficiency and keep our booking process organized and clear.

  • Balance payments are due at drop-off, or you can pay before drop-off.

Once the program has started, payments are nonrefundable. This policy applies even if you are an overly anxious owner who cannot be away from your dog or if you decide to pick up your dog early. Please carefully consider your decision before proceeding with the program.

 

After your dog completes the training program and video proof has been provided, training sessions are conducted with you to take over. Follow-up support remains available as long as you reach out when needed. Our support does not end after your dog graduates; we are here to assist you whenever necessary.
