general information
Team Work Between Owner & Trainer
-
We specialize in balanced training methods designed for dog owners seeking effective solutions for challenging behaviors. Using tools like prong collars, slip leads, e-collars, bark collars, along with food rewards and praise, we establish a structured and disciplined routine. This approach helps teach respect, providing you with practical communication tools to build a stronger, controlled and more more positive bond with your dog.

-
When you work with us, you’re placing your dog’s safety in our hands—and we take that responsibility seriously. Throughout the program, you’ll receive video updates Monday through Friday, showing your dog’s progress, health, and well-being every step of the way. If at any point you feel we haven’t met your expectations, you’re welcome to pick up your dog from our home, no questions asked.

-
As a family-run business operating from home, we value mutual respect and clear boundaries. We kindly ask that clients avoid late-night messages (e.g., reaching out at 11 pm expecting a response) and respect our family time, as we balance other businesses and commitments. We are one of the few trainers to provide such detailed, frequent updates because we understand the importance of knowing your dog’s progress. Just as we value transparency for our own dogs, we prioritize it for you—your peace of mind matters to us.
-
We believe in building a collaborative relationship where both you and our team work together for your dog’s success. At the end of each business day, we provide video updates, allowing you to see your dog’s progress firsthand. Lyric will walk you through their strengths, areas for improvement, health, and temperament, giving you a full picture of their development. We welcome engaged dog owners and encourage you to ask questions along the way—your involvement is key to achieving the best results for your dog!

By enrolling in our programs, you’re recognizing the need for professional training—whether your dog needs basic manners, help with unruly behavior, or intervention for aggression. Lyric’s extensive expertise brings effective strategies to strengthen the bond between you and your dog. We work best with committed clients who invest both time and money into achieving lasting improvements in their relationship with their dogs. If you’re serious about creating a positive change in your household dynamics, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
